Who We Work With

Employers

Rethink Inclusion has delivered neurodiversity training and consultancy services to organisations of all sizes, from small businesses to large employers. Clients include NHS Trusts, Charitable Foundations, HR and Occupational Health teams.

Organisations supported include Disability Rights UK, The Children's Society, Green Doctors, Kay's Medical, and the Talent Acquisition Team at Channel 4.

Local Government

Rethink Inclusion supports local authorities through providing training, tools and guidance to promote inclusion across workforce, services and communities.

Clients supported include Nottinghamshire County Council, Essex County Council, the London Borough of Hounslow and more. As a member of the Cultural Awareness Hub, Rethink Inclusion also provides training tailored to the needs and priorities of councils across the East of England.

Educators and Supported Employment Services

Rethink Inclusion has provided neurodiversity training to support educators to implement practical support, enabling students to thrive in education and prepare for adulthood.

Services include Careers Information Advice and Guidance sessions, which have been delivered to students and interns on a 1-1 basis. Clients include schools, colleges and further education institutions. Other services include advising on Supported Internships and Accessible Apprenticeships.
